Manga x AI x Machine Cinema: GenJam Hackathon

I had the chance to take part in the GenJam hackathon, organized by Machine Cinema in Poland together with the AI Film Fest Amsterdam & Dubai team and Pluto Studios.

It’s an intensive 3-hour film hackathon combining workshop, creative, and competitive elements. The goal is to explore the future of storytelling through AI tools, experiment with new formats, and create a short film within a limited time frame.

Using Popcorn.co, I built a full storyboard and iterated each shot until I reached exactly what I envisioned. I chose a manga style, a visual world I have always loved.

I strongly believe that in projects like this, creative post-production is where we should put the strongest focus when working with AI tools.
